Typos are your friends

Sometimes you spill coffee on your shirt. It happens. Just like a typo might pop up in your emails.

It feels like tripping in public, doesn’t it?

But here’s a reckless thought: maybe those typos are not the enemy.

Think about it.

The internet is crammed with polished, edited, and autocorrected sentences.

It’s refreshing to see a message that isn’t so manicured.

It’s human.

It reminds us there’s a person behind those pixels, not just a copy-pasting robot.

You’ve probably been forgiving when spotting a typo in a friend’s text. You understood their message, right? That little slip didn’t change much.

Now, if everyone is a little rough around the grammar edges, why sweat over a misplaced letter in a business email?

Here’s the kicker: perfection can be intimidating. It can make your brand seem distant.

But a typo?

That’s a wink.

It says, “We’re human too! Just like you!”

This little bit of relatability might just be what makes your reader smile and feel connected.

Now, typos shouldn’t be an excuse for sloppy work. There’s a cozy spot between ‘careless’ and ‘meticulous’. That’s where magic happens.

Your messages can still be professional without being devoid of personality.

After all, it’s about making sure your message hits home and creates lasting relationships, not just about dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s.

Make every email count, typos and all – but responsibly handled, of course.
